1. What Heartnote is

Heartnote creates original, personalized songs. Lyrics and music are generated with artificial-intelligence technology, guided by the details you provide. Every song is created fresh for you; results vary with the inputs you give.

2. Free preview & payment

Writing and reading your song's lyrics is free. Producing the audio version is a one-time paid purchase, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Love-it guarantee & refunds

• You approve the lyrics before paying.
• If the produced sound isn't right, we'll re-produce your song free of charge.
• If you're still not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Your license

After purchase, your song is yours for personal, non-commercial use forever — play it, download it, gift it, and share it privately or on personal social accounts. You may not resell the song or use it in advertising, monetized content, or commercial products without a separate license (contact us — we're friendly about it).

5. Your inputs

You confirm that the details you submit don't infringe anyone's rights and don't contain unlawful, hateful, or harassing content. We may decline or remove songs that violate this. Please don't submit sensitive personal data about others without their consent.

6. AI disclosure

Songs are AI-generated. They are original works created for you and are not performed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any real artist.

7. Availability & liability

We aim for fast, reliable delivery (typically minutes) but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
